Refund policy

At Dipped in Beauty Nails, we want you to love our products as much as we do, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Here's how out return policy works:

With limited exceptions, all returns must be completed within 30 days of receiving the product and will be refunded via store credit or gift card, available within 7 business days from the date we receive your return package. Please note that Dipped in Beauty Nails does not issue store credit for shipping charges or return shipping fees. 

Important Reminder: Returned products must arrive in their original packaging. Please note that Dipped in Beauty Nails does not accept returns on opened dip powders.

We recommend using a trackable shipping option and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that Dipped in Beauty Nails will receive your returned item.

Customer service will issue your refund in the form of a Dipped in Beauty Nails gift card or store credit. All original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable. 

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer service at info@dippedinbeautynails.com to start the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Allow 1-2 business days for Dipped in Beauty Nails to authorize your return.
  3. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return has been approved.
  4. Once Dipped in Beauty Nails has received your return package, please allow up to 7 business day to receive your store credit/gift card.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@dippedinbeautynails.com so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

If your package is showing lost in transit or hasn't shown any movement, please contact your local USPS or Postal Carrier to file a claim.

Final Sale Items:
All sale and discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
